The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Application (“App”) on Apple-branded devices in accordance with Apple’s usage rules.
This license does not grant ownership of the App.
The App is an automated file organization tool that may monitor selected folders and move, rename, or reorganize files based on user-defined rules.
All automation behavior is configured and initiated by the user.
You are solely responsible for:

Improper configuration may result in unintended file modifications or relocation.
The Developer shall not be liable for:
You acknowledge that automated file operations inherently carry risk.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups before enabling automation.
The App operates locally on your device.
If you choose to use iCloud or other system synchronization services, such services are provided and managed entirely by Apple Inc.
The Developer does not access, monitor, or control your cloud-stored files.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The Developer disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App.
In no event shall the Developer be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This license remains effective until terminated.
It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with its terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Developer’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
